Orkos Magic: Villa OM1 (tower) The Villa is designed by one of the best architects on the island and traditionally built with high quality standards. The villa is a maisonette built in three levels with attachment to a guest house, boiler room and garage. The constructions started in 2006 and completed in the year 2007. The total surface area of the villa is 450,00 sq. m., in a land of 2700,00 sq. m. It is on a level of 50 m above sea level, with panoramic and magnificent view to the sea which is 200m away in horizontal distance. The villa has western orientation facing to a more than 3 km long distance beach, which is full of sand dunes.
The middle level of the villa includes:
a. The main entrance.
b. A living room with double sided fireplace and home cinema with projector and folded screen. Also there is a large TV plasma with decoding system and a 15 pieces sounding system.
c. Kitchen/dining area SKAVOLINI, fully furnished with electric appliances, refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher.
d. W.C.
e. Stairs leading to the upper and lower level. Both the middle and the lower level are in continuation with the garden which is formed in different levels by traditional walls built with local stones.
The outdoor of middle level includes:
a. Three verandas with pergolas, sitting areas and sea views. Pergolas open and close automatically according to the sun light.
b. Two swimming pools connected to waterfall (one with overflowing and one with SKIMMER).
c. Sheltered outdoor area with traditional built oven and barbeque.
d. One of the pergolas covers an outdoor sitting/dining area with extra entrance to the kitchen.
The upper level of the villa includes:
a. One double bedroom with fire place, dress closet, veranda and roof suspended garden.
b. Bath room with 2m in diameter circle formed bath tube with hydro massage, shower bath with hydro massage as well, double washbasin bench, toilet and television.
The lower level of the villa includes:
a. Two double bedrooms with dress closets and pergolas.
b. Bath room with hydro massage, washbasin furniture and toilet.
c. One play room with closet, kitchen bench with sink, refrigerator and stove and also private bath room with washbasin furniture, cabin shower and toilet.
d. Laundry room with washing/dryer machines, and closets.
e. Two double bed guest rooms connected to all above areas but also to an independent entrance. Each room includes one private bath room with washbasin furniture, cabin shower, toilet, closet and veranda in the garden.
f. One boiler room connected to all above areas but also has an independent entrance. It includes boiler, water supply motor, swimming pool motor, petroleum tank and dynamo motor.
g. One suite guest room independent from all areas in lower level, connected to the middle level by outdoor stairs.
It includes: 1. Living room with fire place. 2. One double bedroom with closet. 3. Small kitchen with refrigerator, sink and stove. 4. Bath room with hydro massage, washbasin, toilet and private sauna room.
h. An outdoor W.C. with washbasin, toilet and shower bath, used with swimming pool.
The building also includes:
a. Garage connected to the kitchen entrance inwards the house, with 3 more parking spaces outdoors.
b. Water tank automatically working in case of interruption in public water supply.
c. Biological drain system working with double septic and sucking ditch.
d. In all areas in the garden there is supply of water and electricity.
e. All areas in the building provide TV, telephone (two lines), ADSL internet, music, electricity, air-conditioning (with central unit) and heating installations.
f. All the walls are 0,50m wide with double internal insulation.
g. In all rooms there is full reversed (water and hitting) insulation.
h. The doors/windows are manufactured in Germany with Marandi wood in traditional style used in old towers (glass part outside and window shutter inside). All windows are reclined with triple glass.
i. In all of the building there are closets in the walls in traditional style.
j. The building is painted with KURASANIT color and technique.
k. The floors are covered with granite flat stones made in Italy, REX factory, rustic style, CHATEAUX DE LA LUIRE line.
l. All bath rooms/W.C. are paved with flat stones TAGINA and BISAZZA made in Italy. All other equipment is VILLEROY & BOCH or HANS GROHE.
m.The electrical installation came from the system called ‘’smart house’’ of SIEMENS company with full automatic control and operation through pc board. i.e. it is possible from Naxos town to open the lights or to start the air conditioning or … through mobile phone. This safety control system is applied to all opening on the house and is connected with a security company in Athens and with the police as well. Also there are door tvs in all levels starting from the main entrance in the garden.
n. In the lower part of the garden there is water and electrical installation for constructing one more outdoor sitting place with barbeque.
o. The garden will be planted by local decorating or other fruit plants which can survive in that area in harmonized with the environment.
p. The middle and upper levels are now fully furnished (as of March of 2008). |
