For up to 15 persons! New villa in the hillside of Orkos. Orkos is a quiet area away from the mainstream tourist areas. It can offer to its visitors quiet and quality vacations.

Description

The Villa can be accessed by car, through its private road. The sea is only 50 meters away and can be accessed by foot. There are plenty of options for enjoying the sun and the sea. The visitor can swim in the crystal waters of Orkos. Orkos seaside has many small sandy and rocky beaches which can offer a unique sense of magic. Near Orkos there are also Mikri Vigla and Plaka, which are long beaches with excellent sand and water. Around the house there is a beautiful garden, with flowers, trees and rocky yard. The Villa is built in three levels and provides accommodation for up to 15 persons. Ground floor The Ground floor contains two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms. The ground floor has its own fully equipped kitchen. This contains: refrigerator, oven, dish-washer, microwave, coffee machine and anything else that is needed. Additionally in the kitchen there is a sofa, which can be used as a bed during night-time. Ground floor has its own private veranda. First – Second Floor In the first floor there is a living room, a double bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. The living room has a big sofa, which during the night offers two places to sleep, a dining table and a fireplace. The double bedroom has its own private balcony. The kitchen is also fully equipped and it contains: refrigerator, oven, dish-washer, microwave, coffee machine and anything else that is needed. In the first floor there is also a big veranda with view to the sea. In the second floor there is a double bedroom, a bathroom and a big veranda with magnificent view to the sea and the rocky hill. Because of the three levels, the house can be offered in two different ways: The Ground floor can be insulated from the rest house, so that two different groups of people can be served. This can be achieved because of the sense of privacy that is offered by the three different levels: A. Ground floor, suitable for maximum 9 adults or children, with space for baby cots, for one big family or two friend families. B. First and Second floor, suitable for 6 adults or children, but also there is space for baby cots, for one family or two friend families. C. As a whole, the Villa can accommodate for up to 15 adults or children, but also extra baby cots can be added if necessary. Additionally, there is private parking, laundry, barbecue and kiosks in the garden.
